The coaches report should be utilized by coaches to report information they
feel the board should know about. This report is not to be used to report referee issues.
Coaches should utilize the ref report already established for referee issues
which are then automatically sent to the referee committee.

The coaches report is sent to the boys and girls commissioners for review and or action.
The commissioners will then pass the report along to the appropriate ecysa officials.
The coaches report will also be used when a league official requests further information
on game incidents i.e. zero tolerance; when we have a complaint/coaching issue
and need more info regarding the incident.
